Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A contract between the customer and The Roasting Plank Company for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and payment made. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Your Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch, once an item has been processed there will be charges if the order is cancelled.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with our products you have chosen, you may return them to us. We will be able to offer you an exchange or refund. Refunds and exchanges are for the item value and items must be received undamaged/unused. Please return the item within 2 weeks of receipt undamaged.

Making returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and to pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you, except where the item is faulty.

To return any products to us, please:

Inform us that you wish to have the item collected , the reason and whether you wish to have a refund or exchange. Pack the item in the parcel. Await designated collection date.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Payments

We accept cheques made payable to The Roasting Plank Company, please write you cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the reverse of the cheque. Amount must also include P&P costs as detailed in our PayPal ckeckout stage one. Item will be dispatched once funds have cleared.
