Events
We try to go to as many Food Festivals, Food Markets and Country Fairs as possible so we can 'spread the word' about cooking on wood.
We do demonstrations of our BBQ Planks and Wood Paper with recipes such as steak on Oak BBQ Plank, Salmon on Cedar BBQ Plank and Prawns on Cedar or Cherry Wood Paper.
We are still planning our events for 2011.
