The Roasting Plank Company is run by a husband and wife team, as food lovers we are always looking for ways to experiment with food and for new ways of cooking. We are always buying gadgets for the kitchen and are too often very disappointed with the result. This time we have a winner, a traditional style of cooking that can cook meat like never before, fish to perfection AND vegetables and fruit to die for.
